About Me

My name is Kailyn Shalosky and I am from Warsaw, Ohio.

I am in my final year at Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio, studying media production and theatre with minors in history and communication studies.

I am involved in Orbit Media at Muskingum and have my own radio show from 6:00 to 7:30 on Monday evenings. I am also the current Program Director for WMCO.

Currently I serve as the student representative for the College Broadcasters Inc., which is a position on the board of directors.

My focus in theatre is lighting design, and my portfolio features the work I have done so far at Muskingum. I recently completed my first independent design, and won the regional award for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

Along with working with Orbit Media, I also work on the technical staff for the theatre. My leadership positions include being the Vice President of Alpha Psi Omega (national theatre honorary), and the Public Relations Chair for my sorority, Pi Phi Gamma.

Outside of Muskingum I work at AVC Communications and I am “for-fun” photographer.

My portfolio features the highlights of my academic work at Muskingum, as well as some photography work.
